MEET THE TEAM

Sarah 

Sarah graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2021 with an Honours degree in Podiatry and brings more than 20 years of experience within the private healthcare sector. Prior to returning to Scotland, she owned and successfully managed two podiatry clinics in Dublin city centre before founding Dollar Podiatry in 2023.

 

As a registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council(HCPC), Sarah is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centred care. She is passionate about helping patients maintain mobility, comfort, and long-term foot health, with particular interests in preventative care and general practice. 

 

Known for her friendly and approachable manner, Sarah excels at putting patients at ease and building trusted relationships with people of all ages. She takes pride in tailoring treatment plans to each individual’s needs while creating a welcoming and supportive clinical environment.

 

Sarah lives in Dollar with her husband, their three children, and their dog, Chester. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys running and leading an active lifestyle.

Alex

Alexandra Duff is an experienced podiatrist who genuinely enjoys helping people stay comfortable, active, and confident on their feet.

 

With nearly 30 years’ experience working in both the UK and Hong Kong, she’s seen and treated just about every foot problem going — from diabetic foot care and wound management to sports injuries, children’s foot problems, biomechanics, and custom orthotics.

Earlier in her career, Alexandra worked in senior NHS roles, where she helped develop diabetic foot services, reduce amputation rates, and improve patient outcomes through practical, evidence‑based care.

 

She’s known for being approachable, down‑to‑earth, and thorough, taking the time to understand each patient and find solutions that fit real life.

Alongside clinical work, Alexandra enjoys teaching, research, and sharing knowledge through talks, publications, and advisory roles. She holds an MSc in Diabetes and postgraduate teaching qualifications, and is committed to ongoing learning and delivering high‑quality, patient‑focused care.
